At Courier Luggage, we strive for the highest quality in all our products, however we do realise that things happen. All of our luggage ranges are backed with warranties to cover any manufacturing issues.

 
 
 

Warranty claims

Please refer to the back of the swingtag that came with your luggage to see the warranty the range purchased offers. Warranties will vary from product to product, but all are valid from date of purchase. If you find your luggage to be faulty in any way when first purchased, please consult our FAQ, or contact us and we will happily assist you in rectifying the issue.

 

Change of mind

If within 14 days of purchasing, you have a change of mind on a product, we will accept an exchange of the item for another of equal value or store credit in the form of a gift card. Please note that all freight costs of returning a change of mind item will be covered by the customer, and the returned item must be in its original condition If you wish to return an item, please contact us, as returns will not be accepted without prior confirmation.

 

incorrect item RECEIVED

In the unlikely event you are sent the incorrect item, we will send and charge for the correct replacement item (if available) and arrange collection of incorrect item and credit upon return of incorrect item in good/original order and condition.

 

Damaged/Lost In Transit

If you find items purchased have been damaged in transit or you fail to receive your item within 14 days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
